Accessing MSoft license information for troubleshooting

When contacting Qwadra for troubleshooting, whether it is about the MSoft software or regarding your available products and services, you might be asked for a software license.

If you do not have the license on hand, it can be accessed directly in MSoft under About – License.

Pressing the option will open a window containing all the information about your license:

This information can be shared with Qwadra in a few different ways :
  1. Taking a capture on your computer using a tool like the built-in ones for Windows and pasting it in an email.
  2. Capturing your screen with your phone. In this instance, please ensure the data is readable in the picture.
  3. Copy pasting the data directly. Data in the fields can be selected with your mouse cursor and pasted in your email to us.

Making a note of your license somewhere could be valuable. However, under no circumstance should you share your license with anyone that is not a trusted employee at your company that should have access to the software or a Qwadra support agent.

Once you have the information on hand, simply join it to your communication (current ticket or new request) so that your request can be answered or progressed.
