Accessing MSoft license information for troubleshooting
When contacting Qwadra for troubleshooting, whether it is
about the MSoft software or regarding your available products and services, you
might be asked for a software license.
If you do not have the license on hand, it can be accessed
directly in MSoft under About – License.
Pressing the option will open a window containing all the
information about your license:

This information can be shared with Qwadra in a few
different ways :
- Taking a capture on your computer using a tool like the built-in ones for Windows and pasting it in an email.
- Capturing your screen with your phone. In this instance, please ensure the data is readable in the picture.
- Copy pasting the data directly. Data in the fields can be selected with your mouse cursor and pasted in your email to us.
Making a note of your license somewhere could be valuable.
However, under no circumstance should you share your license with anyone
that is not a trusted employee at your company that should have access to the
software or a Qwadra support agent.
Once you have the information on hand, simply join it to
your communication (current ticket or new request) so that your request can be
answered or progressed.
