Activation key sold by resellers or distributors
When a reseller or a distributor sells an MSoft license, TechMed’s team must be advised in order to generate the license activation key. Please write to sales@techmed3d.com and support@techmed3d.com to advise TechMed’s team.
Please make sure to include the following information in the email in order to generate the license:
- End user’s full name
- End user’s email address
- End user’s company name
- End user’s company address
Once received, TechMed’s support team will generate the license key and advise the end user as well as the reseller involved. If needed, training and installation will be planned along with the end user and TechMed’s support team.
