App authentication steps

Here you will find a description of the steps required to create, approve and login to an app that requires authentication. Actions required by the clinician and the administrator are identified in blue.


App authorization steps (clinician)

1.    The clinician fills the authorization request on the iPad and clicks on Register.

 

2.    The clinician receives a notification, stating that the request is pending.


3.    The clinician receives an email. He must click on the link to confirm his email address:

 

 

Once the account has been approved by the administrator, the process is over. Every time the clinician will start the app, he will have to log in with his email and password:

1.     The administrator receives an email concerning the customer’s request:

 

 

2.    The administrator must click on the word here on the last line and take note of the authorization code supplied.


3.     The administrator must then enter the code and click on Approve in the following box:

 

 

Once the account has been approved by the administrator, the process is over. Every time the clinician will start the app, he will have to log in with his email and password.
