Automatic markers for torsos

Automatic markers for torsos

At the “Measurements” step of processing a torso, automatic markers may be added by pressing the corresponding “Edit” button for the first time, after placing the base plane on the waist.

Once the button is pressed, the software will process the torso and add the markers. The markers will be placed on the torso and a menu on the left will show the list of markers are well as their status.

Markers can have several statuses:
  1. Displaced for manually moved markers.

  1. Unassigned if the marker was deleted manually or not placed by the algorithm.

  1. Automatic for markers that were placed automatically by the software.

  1. Manual for markers that were not assigned automatically by the software but placed afterwards.

If a marker was removed and is added back manually, a pink version of the dot will show where the marker originally was as assistance while placing it back. If needed, markers can be placed manually to fit the proper corresponding spot on the torso.

If the markers are added and the torso is processed, extra measurements will show after processing.
