In the instance that your BodyScan device requires repairs,
a RMA can be initiated.
A RMA can be started directly when contacting us after
direct damage to the device or accessories, or as a result of troubleshooting
with Qwadra technical support once every other possible avenue has been
exhausted.
To start the RMA process, the following must be provided:
- Device serial number;
- Issue experienced if contacting us outside of an open case;
- If possible, pictures of the issues where physical damage
can be easily seen.
Once the RMA process is started, instructions and documents will be
provided every step of the way from billing to shipping as well as
requirements. The Qwadra team will also keep in touch with status updates
regarding your repair.
