Error message when opening a file in MSoft

When opening a file in MSoft, the following message appears:

 

 This message can appear with proprietary MSoft and 3DSizeMe formats (.med and .imed).

In the instance that the message appears, please contact us with the problematic file for further troubleshooting.

If possible, Qwadra will return to you a fixed version of the file, as well as references if the point of origin of the corruption of the file is a manipulation error that could be avoided in the future as opposed to simple file corruption.
