Image and form attachments missing from upload

Image and form attachments missing from upload

When uploading a scan from 3DSizeMe, attachments might be missing. If you filled an order form or added images, but they do not show up as an attachment, they will show up when opening the iMed file in MSoft.

However, if files are needed to be saved separately for your workflow, some options might have been turned off in the settings and can be turned back on. Images and order forms are two separate settings.

To re-enable images showing up separately, the option will need to be turned back on under the “iMed” section of the application settings.

For order forms, the option needs to be turned on under the “Order Forms” section. The section will only appear if there are order forms available in your application.

If attachments still do not show up after turning the corresponding option on, please contact us.
