When purchasing tokens through the Qwadra online store, your
order might be delayed or run into issues.
Below is a list of possible issues and how they can happen
and be resolved.
Please note that this list is only for issues with digital
goods, and not physical goods purchased through the online store.
1. License not sent
With the purchase of tokens, in the instance that you are a
new customer, orders are verified on our end and created manually. This
includes the license creation process.
If you have not been contacted with the content of your
purchase within a few business days, please contact us with your order number
so that we can investigate and provide you with your order.
2. Tokens not added
After a purchase on a license if you are an existing
customer, tokens might be missing from your license. This can happen for a
variety of reasons:
- License missing at checkout
- Invalid license (spelling mistake in the license name)
- Technical issue at checkout on our end
If your tokens aren’t added automatically very shortly after
the purchase, please contact us with your license and order number so that we
can investigate and correct the issue.
3. Tokens added on wrong license
While purchasing tokens, if you have multiple licenses, it
is possible that you purchased tokens on the wrong license.
If that happens, please contact us directly with the
licenses in question on hand so that we can organise a transfer as quick as
possible to not interrupt your operations.
