Mark II - Firmware update procedure


To update your firmware, please download the latest version of the Structure App (available here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/structure/id570447097):


  1. Very important: before you start the update process, make sure your sensor has a fully charged battery. You could run into problems if you try to update with a low battery.
  2. The sensor tends to run out of memory if you stay in the Structure app too long before running the firmware updater. We suggest launching the app and immediately beginning the update process.


Connect your sensor and launch the Structure pp.

The sensor will ‘wake-up’. Once it is, click on the i in the top-right corner:


Click on Update Firmware at the bottom of the screen:


The update is now in progress…


Click on Continue at the bottom of the screen:


Your firmware is now up to date!
