Sending 3DSizeMe data for troubleshooting

You must be on at least version 5.4 of 3DsizeMe or the latest version of your customizable app to follow this procedure!

 

To help us troubleshoot information relating to 3DSizeMe, there is an option in the application that allows sharing a pre-made file containing the required information for us to investigate.

The file can be generated by going in the “Settings”, accessed by swiping the logo to the right.

In the settings, scroll down to the “Support” section, and press the Share button.

This will open the following prompt :

Accept and the Apple share menu will open. You can then share the file with us by email.


Please note that to send emails from an Apple device, an account configurated with the Apple Mail app is necessary. Alternatively, files can be saved locally, obtained on a work device and sent by email from there.
