The bundle does not exist error message

When adding a bundle to 3DSizeMe, the following message might appear:

This message might show up for 2 reasons:   

  1. Your internet connection is weak
A bundle requires an online download to acquire the assets required to function in 3DSizeMe. Verify your internet connection, just in case.
  1. The name was mistyped

Double-check that the name of the bundle you entered was correct. If needed, please verify with your business partner or C-Fab the name of the bundle you should be using.

If the issue persists, please contact us with the name of the bundle.
