App closing by itself

App closing by itself

When using 3DSizeMe, the application might encounter an error where the application closes by itself.

Here are the steps recommended to go through to troubleshoot the issue :
  1. Outdated iOS, App or Sensor firmware. If possible, please check if there is an iOS or 3DSizeMe app version update available. For firmware update instructions, please refer to this page

  1. Confirming the device’s minimum requirements. Please refer to this page to ensure your device still meets requirements, assuming you own an older device you have been using for years. Support might have become discontinued for that device’s specifications

  1. Confirm the device’s support. Device support is updated independently of minimum specifications – the device might have the requirements but no longer be supported officially by 3DSizeMe, please refer to this page to confirm requirements

  1. The application might still be stuck trying to upload files from a previous session. If the application allows it, clear the pending upload using the button under the “iMed” section of the settings in-application. For this step to work, the device’s internet connection must be disabled. Alternatively, this is an option under the Apple device settings under Apps – 3DSizeMe without needing to turn off the internet connection.

If the issue persists, please contact us.
