Calibration with plate impossible

When calibrating your device in MSoft, calibrating with the plate that came with your device might be impossible. This could be because of a variety of reasons:

  1. Scanner was dropped, causing issues with internal components;

  1. Calibration plate is not being detected properly, due to age;

  1. The plate is unusable because of damage;

  1. The plate is unusable because markers on it are missing or damaged.

In the instance that using the plate is impossible, the device will need a factory calibration. To start the process, please refer to this page on how to proceed with a RMA.
