License error message appears when launching MSoft

MSoft requires a license to operate. However, when launching the software, an error message regarding the status of your license, might pop up.

These messages will appear in a dialogue box when opening MSoft, and will look like this:

In most instances, there is no need to panic as your actual rights have not been revoked. These issues are relatively simple to fix; however, they can only be fixed on Qwadra’s end. To fix the issue, Qwadra will need your license information to solve the issue.

Despite the message saying features are deactivated, if you do not have the license on hand, it can still be accessed in the software itself. Please refer to this page on how to find your license how to capture the necessary information.
