MSoft asking for tokens despite unlimited license
When processing a file with MSoft, the following message can
appear :
Unlimited MSoft licenses cover unlimited scans for the type
of scanning device or specific scanning devices attached to your license. If
needed, that information can be accessed directly in the software – please refer
to this page.
If the message appears, it means a file not covered by the
unlimited plan you are under was opened for processing in the software.
If that happens, please contact us directly with the file in
question so that we can provide assistance to meet your workflow, processes and
time requirements as best as possible.
